3 3.5-ozs. bars premium dark chocolate
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add the margarine after it is melted.
Chop the roasted pistachios in the food processor with the zest and almond flavoring.
Add the nut mixture to the chocolate and then slowly add the OJ, mixing rapidly. It makes a very nice consistency and the hamantaschen come out just right.

3/4 cup roasted unsalted pistachios (I roasted them in the oven without fat)
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 teaspoon almond flavoring
1/4 cup orange juice
