Hamantaschen, Chocolate Filling (P, TNT)

Yield: About 1-1/2 cups

1/2 cup soft margarine or butter
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup powdered cocoa
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or flaked coconut (optional)

Put the yolk in a medium size bowl, add the other ingredients. Mix well.

Once the hamantaschen dough is made put a teaspoon of filling in center of each circle, bring 3 sides up and pinch together.
