Chocolate Fudge Cookies I (D/P, TNT)
1-1/2 cup flour
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
Melt the chocolate pieces over a double boiler. Tightly cover the top bowl with plastic wrap and allow to heat through 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir until smooth. Keep at room temperature.
Beat brown sugar and butter. Add the eggs, one at a time while beating. Add the vanilla. Then add the melted chocolate. Remove bowl from the mixer and mix thoroughly with a spatula.
Drop by 2 level tbsp. per cookie onto cookie sheets and bake 18-22 minutes. Cool on baking sheets for 5-6 minutes then transfer to cool completely.
