2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil or margarine or butter
1/3 cup skim milk or soy milk
3 cups oatmeal, uncooked
6 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup coconut, shredded
Mix sugar, oil and milk in saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Mix oatmeal, cocoa, and coconut in large mixing bowl. Add sugar mixture, mix together. Spoon onto waxed paper.
