2-1/4 cups flour
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
In large bowl beat margarine, sugar, fructose, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Beat in eggs until well blended.
With mixer on low speed gradually add flour mixture; beat just until blended. With wooden spoon, stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by heaping tablespoons, about 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
Cool on sheet about 1 minute before removing to rack to cool completely.
