200g butter (about 14 tbsp. or slightly less than 1 cup)
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Mix in starch and chips.
Drop by the rounded teaspoon spaced out well on cookie sheets and bake at 350°F/175°C until done. These spread a *lot*!!

The hardest part for me is remembering that these are "shehakol," not "mezonot"...feels really weird to use "shehakol" for *cookies*!
