2 cups sugar
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add oil and eggs and mix well.
Pour into a greased and potato-starched (or paper-lined) 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350°F/175°C.
Sorry...I don't know how long. These are rather chewy even when done, so a toothpick will be tough to check, too.
