200g (1 cup) margarine
Melt together margarine and brown sugar (I did it in a microwave). Cool a little and put in the mixer bowl. Whip for about 3 minutes. Add other ingredients and stir well.
Pour into an 11" square greased and floured pan and bake on 350°F for about 40 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.

These look like brownies, taste better than brownies, are very easy to make - and have no chocolate. Its not exactly health food but compared to the beloved Outrageous Brownies.. (click here for recipe)
