Make Brownie Batter:
Beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add sugar; continue beating at medium speed until thick and light coloured, about 5 minutes. Add vanilla and chocolate to egg mixture. Combine dry ingredients and stir into mixture, mixing well.
Spoon half of chocolate batter into greased and floured 8" square pan (can use slightly larger rectangular pan, squares will be thinner, but yummy nonetheless!)
Make Cream Cheese Batter:
Cover chocolate layer with cream cheese batter, spreading carefully over top. Top with spoonfuls of remaining chocolate batter and swirl through with knife to marble.
Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes, until brownies pull away from sides of pan. Cut when cool.
