1 package 2-bite brownies
Mash down the center of each brownie with the back of a spoon. Spread a dab of raspberry jam in the indentation.
Fill with chocolate icing and top with raspberry or other decorative item.
They look gorgeous and as if they came from a fine bakery.
Poster's Notes:
I attended a fantastic Fourth of July party on a friend's farm. There were approximately 60 guests, and everyone brought a food contribution. I needn't rave about the fresh picked Silver Queen corn, or the home-grown heirloom tomatoes, but the hit of the party was a fantastically simply dessert.
