1/3 cup dried apricots
In the food processor, chop apricots. Add peeled and cored apple; pulse chop. Add muesli, apple juice, and margarine (I used nonfat margarine) and process for a few seconds to mix.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Press mixture into 8" round pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until browned and firm.

1 tablespoon soft margarine
This is a good low-fat bar. Next time I would cook it a little longer. I am not sure if it is adaptable to the farfel granola that was listed earlier. It worked well with the food processor, but was not in the original recipe. It seemed made for it.
