3 cups dry oatmeal
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oatmeal, sugar, and milk.
In a saucepan, combine the honey and water and bring to boil. Dissolve the Ko-Jel in the water once boiling.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and add the water.
Allow the mixture to sit for a bit. Pack the mixture into a square 8"x8" dish and allow to stand until solid.
Cut mixture into pieces sized as you desire. Store in the refrigerator.

1/2 package citrus-flavored Ko-Jel
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons honey
The trail bars you find made by the large cereal companies are pretty close to candy bars. These bars are not. We use Ko-Jel in this recipe, which is a kosher, non-gelatin dessert.
