100g pareve bittersweet chocolate
Melt margarine and chocolate. (2 minutes in the microwave on HIGH.) Cool.
Beat eggs and sugar; add salt, margarine and chocolate. Stir in coffee and matzo meal and nuts. Turn into batter two 8"x8" pans.
Bake at 325°F for approximately 40 minutes. Cut into squares while still slightly warm.
Poster's Notes:
This is the Israeli version of the Pesach Brownie recipe; it is slightly different, and quite delicious. The crust is crisp and crunchy, with a lava-like center.
I've had the recipe since forever and don't remember the source.
