1 cup flour
Mix flour, margarine and confectioners' sugar. Press into square pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Beat remaining ingredients. Pour over hot crust. Bake for 25 minutes.
Variation: Lemon Coconut Bars: Stir 1/2 cup coconut into lemon mixture.
