Filling:
Mix all the batter ingredients together. Pat 2/3 of the batter in the bottom of a lined pan (I double the recipe and then it fits in a 9"x13" pan).
Spread the jam over the dough, and sprinkle with the rest of the filling ingredients.
Mix two tablespoons of flour with the remaining dough and "grate" or crumble over the filling. Bake for 30 minutes in a moderate oven.
