1/2 cups flour
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar. Add butter, eggs, and half the bananas; beat until creamy.
Fold in remaining bananas and oats. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheets. Bake about 15 minutes.
