Worcestershire Sauce, Vegetarian IV (P, TNT)

Yield: 1 cup

1 tsp. grated ginger
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari)
1 tbsp. tamarind concentrate
2 tbsp. molasses

In a small saucepan, boil the ginger in the water for 10 minutes. Strain the ginger and mix the liquid with the remaining ingredients.

Poster's Notes:
This recipe works well in any Cajun-style recipe and is also a tasty marinade for roasted veggies, tofu, or seitan.
