Poultry Seasoning, "Bell's" Clone (P, KLP, TNT)

Yield: approximately 1/2 cup

2 tablespoons dried sage
2 tablespoons dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried marjoram
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dried savory
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried ground nutmeg

Blend together. Use in stuffing or in Cornell Chicken (click here for recipe) or in other recipes that call for poultry seasoning.

Poster's Notes:
To really replicate Bell's, grind the seasoning (in a spice mill or extra coffee grinder) to a fine texture or use all ground dried herbs in the mix.
