"Old Bay Seasoning" Mix (P, TNT)

Yield: varies

1 part celery salt
1 part black pepper
1 part dry mustard
1 part pimiento
1 part cloves
1 part bay leaves
1 part mace
1 part cardamom
1 part ginger
1 part cassia or cinnamon
1 part paprika

Grind above ingredients together. Use on fish or poultry. Store in airtight container.

Poster's Notes:
This will make as much or as little as needed, depending on what you measure as a "part." If only a little is needed, stick to 1 tsp. or 1 tbsp. of everything.
