Mayonnaise, Seasoned (P, KLP, TNT)

Yield: about 1-1/2 cups

1 egg
1 cup oil
3 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar

Whip the egg in a blender.

Then, very slowly, add oil to egg, whipping continuously. The mixture should thicken.

Add all the seasoning and continue blending. When it is at desired consistency, remove from blender and store in refrigerator.
