Greek Seasoning Clone (M/P, TNT)
Source: Southern Living 1992
Yield: 1/4 cup

2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1-1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules, (or pareve bouillon)
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Combine all ingredients, and store in an airtight container. Serve with steaks, chicken, or fish.

Poster's Notes:
Some folks have asked for a recipe for "Greek Seasoning." I assume that you want a copycat of Cavender's Greek Seasoning, a spice mix that's available in many supermarkets.
