Curry Paste, Thai Green (P, KLP, TNT)
Yield: Approximately 1/2 cup

2 tsp. lemon zest, grated
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 large clove garlic
1 medium shallot, chopped
1 small hot green chile, seeded and chopped
1 tsp. ginger, ground
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg, grated
1 tbsp. vegetable broth
1 tsp. vegetable oil

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and process to a coarse paste.

Poster's Notes:
I found a recipe for Thai Green Paste that you can make yourself if you are so inspired. This should keep fine in your fridge for a while and you could use it for other recipes. Also, you could just reduce the quantities of ingredients to prevent waste.
