1-1/2 cups bread crumbs (I use the plain packaged crumbs)
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and shape it into an oval. It should not feel too solid. Add a bit of water (little by little) if it does; add more bread crumbs if you feel it's not holding together.
Gently put loaf on top of your cholent while it is cooking and then after about half an hour turn it over and submerge it. Slice it to serve. Delicious!
