1 package chicken leg quarters
Slightly oil or spray non-stick the crockpot and insert all ingredients. Leave in crockpot overnight.

3 red potatoes, in small chunks
1 onion
1 cup barley
Leek
4 cups of water
Lots of salt
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Paprika
2 tablespoons chicken soup powder
A few shakes of soy sauce
2 or 3 dabs of honey
If you put it together early enough on Friday it doesn't have to be boiling.
