Chocolate "Salami" III (P, KLP)

Yield: About 48 slices

3/4 cup sweet wine
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
1/4 pound margarine, 1 stick
1-1/2 cups nuts, broken
4 cups matzo farfel, or broken matzos

Melt wine, sugar, cocoa, and margarine. Add the rest. Cool.

Form into rolls in foil and chill. Slice when cold.

Poster's Notes:
Here is a very chocolatey Pesach "finger food." I haven't made it, but have made a similar recipe using broken cookies during the rest of the year. I would imagine it could also be pressed into a greased, square or rectangular baking pan, chilled, and cut into bars.
