Chocolate "Salami" II (D, TNT)

Yield: 10" long roll

16 butter cookies (7 oz./200g)
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp. whipping cream
1/3 cup EACH: raisins and chopped dried apricots

Crush cookies into small, but irregular sized pieces and set aside. You should have about 1-1/2 cups.

Melt chocolate, butter and cream together in microwave, or over hot water in top of a double boiler. Stir to combine thoroughly.

Add cookies, raisins and apricots. Cool.

Roll into a 10" long roll. Wrap twice in plastic wrap. Chill thoroughly.
