300g of cookies crumbs
Mix eggs, melted butter, cocoa, sugar and melted chocolate with the electric mixer. You can add to this creamy mixture a spoonful of Grand Marnier, or any chocolate liqueur, to your taste.
Include to this mixture the cookie crumbs and pour everything on a stretch film or plastic bag that you will roll as a salami (plastic is better to give shape; stretch film may be thin).
Put into the freezer and keep at least 24 hours before using. You will cut into slices before serving. Continue to keep in the freezer when not used; it will melt otherwise. It can stay as long as necessary if you have a deep freeze. This recipe has always worked, enjoy it.
Poster's Notes: Here is another version for candy salami very popular in all Jewish homesin Istanbul.
