600g crushed Osem biscuits
Process sugar, juice, cocoa, margarine, vanilla and rum and pour over crushed biscuits. Mix well.
Shape 1" balls with your hands and roll in coconut or chocolate or candy sprinkles.

This recipe (in metric measurements especially for you!!) is from an Israeli friend of mine. It does not use "broken cake" but does use Osem biscuits. I don't know exactly how many rum balls this recipe makes, but whatever the amount, it is not enough for a chocoholic!
