1/2 cup peanut butter; plain or chunky
Mix together everything except the coconut. Form into walnut-sized balls with wet hands.
Roll in coconut and put onto a waxed-paper lined cookie sheet.
Refrigerate until firm. Store in the refrigerator or freezer in a plastic bag.
