Peanut Butter Chewie Bars, No Bake I (P, TNT)

Yield: 15-18

2-1/4 cups peanut butter, divided
10 oz. chocolate chips, divided
1 cup light corn syrup
1 tbsp. water
4 cups crispy rice cereal
2 cups crushed unsalted peanuts
12 oz. white chocolate

Melt together 1 cup of peanut butter, 8 oz. of chocolate chips, light corn syrup, and water.

Add 4 cups of crispy rice cereal and 2 cups of crushed unsalted peanuts.

Press into pan (I use a cookie sheet with sides--about 13"x18").

Melt together 12 oz. of white chocolate and 1-1/4 cups of peanut butter, then pour on top.

Then melt 2 oz. of chocolate chips and swirl on top. Let it set in refrigerator until it hardens, then cut in squares or use small candy cutters and cut in shapes.
