Nuts, Meshuganuts II (P, KLP, TNT)

Yield: About 1 pound

2 egg whites
2 teaspoons cold water
1 pound walnuts, almonds, pecans, etc
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Beat egg whites and water until frothy. Add nuts and mix well to coat them.

Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add coated nuts and mix well.

Place on "margarined" cookie sheet and bake at 225°F for 1 hour; stir every 15 minutes.

Poster's Notes:
Actually these are not glazed, but coated with cinnamon and sugar. They are equally delicious, easy to make and even freeze well.
