Nutritional Info Per Serving: N/A
1/2 cup unsweetened dried shredded coconut
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter or crunchy peanut butter
2 tablespoons liquid honey or corn syrup
These no-bake cookies were very easy to make, and were the hit of my dessert assortment for Sukkot--even though they're not chocolate. I used honey and natural crunchy peanut butter. I think I used less than 2 tbsp. per cookie, but I ended up with only 17. I may have also used a bit more corn flakes than specified.
