1 tablespoon icing sugar
Spread sugar on a working surface (could be foil, parchment, etc..). Roll out marzipan to a thin rectangle.
Put apricot leather on top and roll up jellyroll fashion. You could also alternate with leather first layer and marzipan on top. Slice.
