Yield: 8 ounces

8 ounces almond paste
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Food coloring

Beat all but food color together until well blended. Divide into portions and add desired color to each portion. Form into desired shapes. Store in refrigerator or at room temperature.
