Marzipan I (P, TNT)

Yield: about 1 lb.

8 oz. (2-1/4 cups) ground almonds
8 oz. (2 cups) icing sugar (confectioner's or powdered sugar)
2 tsp. brandy or sherry
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. corn syrup
2 egg whites or 1 whole egg

Blend and knead all ingredients.

Store in fridge up to 3 months or in freezer for a year.
