1/4 cup margarine
Measure margarine, chocolate morsels, corn syrup, and vanilla into a large sauce pan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat.
Mix in sugar, add cereal. Stir until well coated.
Press into buttered 8"x8" pan. Chill.
