Yellow Cake II (P, TNT)

Cake:
3/4 cup margarine
1-1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cup pareve coffee cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2-1/4 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Glaze:
1 cup non-dairy whipping cream
1-1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 tablespoon corn syrup

Make Cake:
Cream margarine and sugar. Mix in eggs, one egg at a time.

Mix dry ingredients, and add alternately with coffee cream to creamed mixture. Add vanilla.

Bake it at 350°F/180°C for about 40 minutes in a 9"x13" pan. After about 35 minutes, check it with a toothpick until it comes out dry.

Make Glaze and Assembly:
Heat whipping cream for 1-1/2 minutes in microwave. Stir in chips and syrup until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.

Pour warm glaze over cake and refrigerate. Decorate top, if desired, after glaze has hardened.
