8 ounces cream cheese
Beat cream cheese and butter until creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat in flour at low speed just until blended and add vanilla.
Bake in a greased 9"x5" loaf pan at 350°F for 1 hour or more until golden brown.
