Persimmon Cake II (P)

Serves: 12 to 15 servings

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1-1/2 cups persimmon pulp
1 cup chopped walnuts
Powdered sugar

Combine first 9 ingredients, mixing well.

Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour. Remove from pan while warm. Dust with powdered sugar.
