Whipped Cream Frosting (D, KLP)

Yield: Enough to frost a 9" cake

1-1/3 cups heavy (whipping) cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Optional garnish

Beat cream until frothy. Add sugar and beat until cream will hold firm peaks. Garnish.
