Vanilla Glaze (D/P, KLP)

Yield: About 1-1/4 cups

1/4 cup(1/2 stick) butter or margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
2 to 3 tablespoons hot water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Melt butter or margarine in small saucepan over low heat; remove from heat. Gradually add powdered sugar, hot water and vanilla extract, beating with whisk until smooth.
