Royal Frosting (Glace Real) (P, TNT)
Source: Everyone, at least in Argentina knows how to prepare it
Yield: Enough to frost one large cake

1 egg white
Necessary amount of confectioners' sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Beat the egg white with wooden spoon with all the sugar that can absorb.

Add the lemon juice and mix firmly until it is white and firm.

Poster's Notes:
This is traditional, at least in South America. It's VERY sweet.
