Cream Cheese Frosting IV (D, TNT)

Serves: 18

16 ounces Neufchatel cheese, softened
1 box sugar-free vanilla pudding and pie filling
1 tbsp. half-and-half, fat free
1/4 cup all-fruit spread, apricot

Place cream cheese in mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Stir in pudding mix. Slowly add enough cream until it is an easily spreadable consistency.

Remove about a third of this concoction to a separate bowl and stir in the fruit spread.

Poster's Notes:
It also asked for enough heavy cream to get it to a spreadable consistency, I changed it for half-and-half, fat-free.

I substituted orange marmalade for the all-fruit spread, apricot.
