Cocoa Glaze III (D/P, KLP, TNT)
Source: My mother
Yield: 1 8" cake

1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. milk or hot water

1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients until smooth and blended.

Poster's Notes:
The first time I made the cake was because my husband's family was celebrating 15 years since making aliyah.

I frosted (well, since I am Australian, I would say 'iced') the cake with chocolate frosting (my mum's recipe), and made a 15 with chocolate chips. Then I sprinkled blue and white hundreds-and-thousands all around. By the way, the cake is just as good without frosting, and can be successfully doubled.
