Chocolate Marshmallow Frosting (D)

Yield: 1-1/2 cups, enough to frost a 9"x13" cake or tube cake

2 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
6 large marshmallows
4 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Sift the sugar and cocoa powder.

Place marshmallows, butter, and milk in a saucepan over low heat, and stir until marshmallows are melted. Pour the sugar/cocoa mixture over the melted marshmallows mixture, and add the vanilla.

Stir until the frosting is smooth and satiny. I am sure you can melt the butter, milk and marshmallows in the microwave. That's what I would do. This frosting should be used at once.
