1/2 cup margarine
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cream together margarine, sugars, and eggs.
In small bowl, combine cocoa with boiling water.
In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to margarine mixture alternately with cocoa mixture. Mix until well-blended.
Pour into rectangular pan and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Let cool.
Poster's Notes:
For extra richness, chocolate chips can be added to the batter.
You can also bake this in cupcake tins and, using something that looks like a really large syringe, inject with whipped cream (once the cupcakes are cooled), or you can try baking it as cookies and put 2 "cookies" together using marshmallow fluff in the center for filling.
