Coffeecake, Pecan Streusel (D, TNT)
Source: Whitehall Inn in Pennsylvania
Yield: 1 9"x13" cake

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk

Streusel Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Make Cake:
Mix dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Spread in a well greased 9"x13" pan.

Make Streusel Topping and Assembly:
Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pecans well. Spread the topping over the batter and pat lightly into the surface. Cover the pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered about 45 minutes at 350°F.
