2-1/2 cups diced mangos (I used canned)
Icing:
Marinate mangoes in lemon juice. In bowl, beat together eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla, and sugar.
Sift dry ingredients together and mix in lightly and quickly. Gently add raisins (and nuts). Pour into greased 13"x9" cake pan. Bake at 325°F for 45 to 60 minutes. Cool.
Icing: Cream butter. Beat in enough powdered sugar to make stiff. Spread on cake and top with chopped nuts.
