2 or 3 mushy bananas
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix bananas in the bowl of a mixer (if you add more the cake will be too moist). Add eggs. Mix together. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well. Add six tablespoons soy milk or non-dairy creamer, individually, one at a time.
Pour into a 9"x13" or two individual pans sprayed with non-stick stuff. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. If you let it bake too long, it'll get dry and will be ruined.
