Bread, Cranberry Nut (P, TNT)

Yield: 2 small loaves

2 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup fresh cranberries, rinsed
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. grated orange rind (optional, I never bother)

Preheat over to 350°F. Grease two medium disposable aluminum pans.

Combine all ingredients and mix until blended.

Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes, or until done.
